The church is the family of God’s people of all ages.

We want to do our best to make a relationship with Jesus real for everyone, no matter how little or much they can grasp of what that means. Jesus in particular welcomed children to come to him. He told his followers they too should come to their heavenly Father in childlike trust and dependence.

The church is the family of God’s people of all ages.

What's on for children

To help make that relationship real for our children, every Sunday morning we have Sunday Club for children up to P3, and JAM for those in P4-7. We also have a crèche so that parents of younger children will be able to be in the service. Children normally go to this after the first part of the morning service which we all spend together. Our hope is that they will enjoy their time and grasp a little more each week of God’s grace to them through knowing Jesus, not just about rules. And no, we do not expect children to sit silently and be perfectly behaved. [We take safeguarding seriously and have a child protection policy. If you would like a copy, please contact us.]

Teenagers

Teenagers

Being a young Christian is becoming more and more difficult. We want to help young people become confident in the truth of the gospel and in handling God’s word. We hope each one will see that the gospel of Jesus Christ is for them and will be able to engage with the Bible and feed themselves from it. We want to see this becoming reality through community and teaching. On Sunday mornings our S1 to S3’s at 10.10am have a Bible Study on that week’s passage before they come through for the service, so that they will grow confident in understanding and studying the Bible for themselves. All of our teenagers are mentored 1 to 1 where they study the Bible with a youth group leader and are personally discipled. Each month we have a monthly social to encourage friendships and a strong peer group.
